Get into the holiday spirit with Christmas at Colonial: Nights of Winter Lights! Acres of dazzling lights, holiday displays, your favorite holiday characters, and more await you at our wonderful holiday light show. Please carefully read the details of the event, shown below the dates.
Christmas at Colonial is a dazzling walk-through light show and Christmas experience. Stroll through almost a million lights, some dancing to music, some illuminating your favorite holiday characters, and others winding their ways around trees. Take photos and get into the Christmas spirit through their self-guided, fun-for-all-ages, tour of the light show!
Also included with your ticket:
- Warm your heart with a cup of hot chocolate or tickle your sweet tooth with a candy cane
- Visit with Santa and tell him your Christmas wishes, or meet and greet with Elsa and Anna (select dates and times, value nights excluded)
Tickets prices online are as follows:*
- Ages 12 & up: $14
- Ages 3-11: $12
- Ages 2 and under: FREE
- Groups of 10 paid guests or more can enjoy 10% off their tickets by using promo code GROUP10
Staggered timeslots helps us ease our parking and manage crowds. Your timeslot indicates your arrival time. You may stay later than the timeslot you select, with the event closing at 8:30pm sharp. If you wish to see Santa or other characters, be sure to schedule your visit with us accordingly.
- Santa will visit from 6pm to 8pm Nov 25 & 26, December 1, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23
- Elsa and Anna will visit from 6pm to 8pm on December 2nd
- Value Nights will not have any characters

Accessibility information: Christmas at Colonial takes place in our Gardens facility with gravel paths, which are difficult for people using wheelchairs, especially in variable weather conditions. Benches are placed throughout the grounds to allow for resting. Light shows timed to music have some flashing lights. Excluding character meet and greets, the event takes place entirely outdoors. If you need a special accommodation, please give us a call at 610-948-9755 so that we can work with you on having a safe and accessible event.
Cancellation Information: In the case of extreme weather, some nights of Christmas at Colonial may be cancelled. If the night is cancelled, ticketholders will be emailed and given the opportunity to reschedule their trip or receive a refund. If you need your tickets moved to another date, please give us a call at 610-948-9755 prior to the date and time of your ticket.
Refund Information: Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of Colonial's cancellation of your event date; however, they may be moved to a different date. We do not allow resale of our tickets on our social media pages. Any post for the resale of tickets will be automatically deleted and repeated posts will result in users being banned from our page to protect our customers from scammers.
Miscellaneous Policies: Children must be supervised at all times. Please stay on the path and do not climb displays. Christmas at Colonial takes place outdoors at night. All participants should dress for the weather and use caution when navigating dark spaces. No weapons or violence of any kind. No abusive language or harassment is permitted.
*We are prioritizing online ticketing as it allows us to anticipate staffing, help ease parking, and reduce crowding at peak times. When tickets sell out online, they will also be sold out at the door. If there are limited walk-in tickets available, they will be $2 more expensive per ticket.
Colonial Gardens has enacted timed ticketing to help spread crowds out over the course of the night to ease parking and reduce wait times. Your timed ticket indicates your arrival time. Please do you best to adhere to that arrival time. The event close at 8:30pm sharp.
Please note that this is a weather-dependent event. In the case of extreme weather, Christmas at Colonial may be cancelled. In the case of cancellation, ticketholders will be emailed, and the price of their tickets refunded. There is the possibility that character meet and greets get cancelled due to illness or other reasons. Because this is not the main portion of our event, tickets on those dates will not be refunded and the event will still occur without the characters.
Other than special cancellations due to weather, tickets are non-refundable. We can, however, move your tickets to another date. If you wish to move your tickets, please call 610-948-9755 prior to your date and time so that we can change it for you. Please do not attempt to resell your tickets on our social media platforms as all resale posts will be taken down and repeat offenders banned to protect our customers from scammers.
Due to the outdoor nature of this event, cancellations due to weather are possible. In the case of cancellation, all ticket-holders will be emailed and the price of their tickets will be refunded back to them. We do not cancel or refund tickets if a character is unable to attend on their select night. Please note that we do not refund service and processing fees as we do not receive those funds.
If a member of your party or your entire party cannot attend your night of Christmas at Colonial and you cannot reschedule, you must contact us prior to the event starting to be eligible for a refund.
