Host your party at Colonial! Reserve one of two, fully-decorated, private party rooms for your celebration. Add on hayrides and mazes day-of to make the most of your fun.
Party rooms are located in our gardenhouse, just behind our Pumpkinland set-up, and are shielded from the weather. Both party rooms are fully decorated and include tables, seating, and table cloths, as well as hay bales for additional seating. Electricity is available, but please note that our system cannot handle large energy requirements such as multiple crockpots. No alcohol is allowed on the property.
Party room rental fees include the price of the room for the selected 2 hour time frame, access to the free portion of Pumpkinland (not private), and a combination ticket for the birthday child for our mazes and daytime hayride (daytime hayrides run until 5pm). Additional tickets for daytime events can be purchased day-of at our register via cash or card. Hosts may arrive 15 minutes early to set up and should plan to leave the room promptly at the end of their timeslot to allow staff to clean between parties.
A 5:30-7:30pm timeslot is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October. Please note that this timeslot is concurrent with our Haunted events, which are not recommended for children 8 and under. Additional tickets for the Haunted events should be purchased online prior to the date of your party to ensure availability.
Large Party Room:
- $100 Rental Fee
- Accommodates 50 people at tables with additional seating on haybales.
Small Party Room:
- $75 Rental Fee
- Accommodates 25 people at tables with additional seating on haybales.
COVID-19 Disclaimer: Please note that the capacity listed on each room indicates the number of seats at tables for each room at 100% capacity. Additional seating is available on the hay bales. We will continue to monitor CDC and Pennsylvania state and local guidelines for COVID-19 safety. This may result in the reduction in capacity or mask mandates for these spaces. We appreciate your understanding.

Renters may receive a refund if they call with at least one week's notice of their party rental. Refunds may also be offered if COVID-19 restrictions prevent the use of our party rooms.
